Brooke Holt

Brooke Holt is a theologian, author, Functional Nutrition Counselor, and Teaching Pickleball Pro whose work brings together biblical depth, embodied discipleship, and whole-person formation. She studied theology at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School and Reformed Theological Seminary, where she developed a lifelong passion for Scripture, spiritual formation, and the life-giving freedom found in Christ.

She is the author of several studies designed to help believers engage Scripture deeply and live it faithfully, including Walking in Light: A Study of 1 John, The Great “I AM”: A Study of the Book of Exodus, and The Spiritual Body: A Study of 1 Corinthians. Across her writing and teaching, Brooke explores how God’s Word shapes identity, restores wholeness, and calls believers into an integrated life of faith.

In addition to her theological work, Brooke is a certified Functional Nutrition Counselor and Teaching Pickleball Pro, reflecting her conviction that spiritual growth is inseparable from physical, emotional, and relational health. She is passionate about helping people experience the abundant life Jesus promises—supporting holistic freedom so individuals can live fully into who God created and called them to be.

Brooke and her husband, The Rev. Charlie Holt, have three children and live in Jacksonville, Florida, where faith, family, hospitality, and lifelong learning shape the rhythm of their life.
