The Crucified Life
A small group Christian study designed
to reflect upon the last seven words of Christ from the cross and what they mean for us today.
Discover what it means to pick up our cross and follow Jesus.
Walk the road of Cavalry with Jesus if you want to grow closest to him. Along the way you will discover what areas of your life are a stumbling block and how dying to self will enable you to rise to new life with him. What better time to set out on the journey than the Lenten season.
The Crucified Life small group study examines human suffering as it is mirrored in Christ’s suffering on the cross and what His seven last words say to a hurting world. Find out incredible insights into these words as Jesus teaches us, even in death, how we can use our suffering and triumph over it for His glory.
This study explores:
- Why do we go through suffering and how should we respond to it?
- What does the Lord’s Prayer teach about unforgiveness?
- Is shame a good thing or a bad thing?
- How can we crucify the desires of the flesh?
- What does the cross of Jesus Christ teach us about our purpose in life?
